Take Route I-495 (Capital Beltway) north across the American Legion Bridge; continue on I-495 (stay right) past route I-270 split; exit at Old Georgetown Road. Turn left onto Old Georgetown Road north. Turn right at third traffic light onto Cheshire Drive, then make an immediate right onto Grosvenor Lane. The church is on the right. Take an immediate right to enter the church parking lot (first right).

Take Route I-95 to Route I-495 (Capital Beltway) west toward Silver Spring. Exit at Wisconsin Avenue/Route 355 (Bethesda/Rockville). Stay in right lane following signs for Bethesda, then continue following signs for Grosvenor Lane. Go through traffic light , continue on Grosvenor Lane for 0.9 miles. The St Luke's church is on the left. Turn left into Southport Drive and immediately right to enter parking lot.

Take Route I-270 form Frederick south toward Rockville/Bethesda, past Montrose Road exit; bear left at the split, toward Washington. Take exit and bear right onto Old Georgetown Road south. Turn left at third traffic light onto Cheshire Drive, then make an immediate right onto Grosvenor Lane. The church is on the right. Take an immediate right onto Southport Drive to enter the church parking lot (first right).

Take Wisconsin Avenue north through Bethesda. Immediately after passing Route I-495 exit, bear right and follow signs for Grosvenor Lane. Go through traffic light, continue on Grosvenor Lane for 0.9 miles. The St Luke's church is on the left, immediately after Southport Drive. Turn left into Southport Drive, and immediately right to enter parking lot. (Alternatively, take Old Georgetown Road (route 187) north from Bethesda, past I-495 exit. Turn right at third traffic light after I-495 exit, onto Cheshire Drive, then make an immediate right onto Grosvenor Lane. The church is on the right. Take an immediate right onto Southport Drive to enter the church parking lot).
